Tala Madani: Biscuits, Garrett Bradley: American Rhapsody, and Judith F. Baca: World Wall at The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA from Sat, Sept 10, 2022 to Sun, Feb 19, 2023 ( Exhibition )

The first North American survey of Iranian-born artist Tala Madani’s paintings and animations is organized by Rebecca Lowery, Associate Curator, The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, and Ali Subotnick, Guest Curator through the MOCA Ahmanson Curatorial Fellowship, with Paula Kroll, Curatorial Assistant, The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles.

Los Angeles- and New Orleans-based artist and filmmaker Garrett Bradley's recent single and multi-channel films and videos on view include America (2019), curated by Rebecca Matalon, CAMH Curator.

Chicana artist Judith F. Baca began her collaborative, portable mural World Wall: A Vision of the Future Without Fear in 1987. All nine panels are on view in the artist’s hometown of Los Angeles for the first time, organized by Anna Katz, Curator, with Anastasia Kahn, Curatorial Assistant, The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles.
